Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address, captured by Stripe at checkout, to identify your purchase.
• The business data you enter into the app, business name, costs, wages, and treatment pricing, synced to your license so it's available across your devices.
• If you upload a logo, that image is stored alongside your business data for the same purpose.

Why we collect it

Solely to run the app for you: to verify your license, and to let your business data follow you between devices when you log in with your license key. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell or share it with third parties, other than the payment processor below.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored on our hosting provider (Railway) in a private database. Payments are processed by Stripe, which holds your payment details under its own privacy policy, we never see or store your card details ourselves.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete your data. Email sales@skintech.co.nz and we'll action it.
