Yes, add each billable therapist's hourly wage and the app averages them out automatically for your pricing. Receptionists and other non-billable admin staff have their own separate Support Staff section, so their wages are added to your overhead instead of skewing the therapist rate.
Your figures sync privately to your license, so they carry over between your devices, they're never shared with anyone else or used for anything beyond running the app for you.
